Surprised the client with our own director's cut, which was 30 seconds shorter, and replaced voice over with short copy points in order to add an energetic soundtrack to liven up the video. Client instantly realized this version was more engaging and chose it over the version they had asked for. Over 50% of viewers (80,000 out of 150,000) watched the video from start to finish, a much higher rate than similar videos in the past. This style became the standard for future Bose product videos.
